Apart from that, in his description, Dr. Vickers pointed out that tourism development cannot be separated from the role of the state and the private sector which have an interest in tourism development in Bali.

Bali's popularity as a tourism destination in the world is the result of a long process. Its development was influenced by various actors, from the Colonial period to the post-New Order period. In framing this, the role of the media in constructing an image of Bali, that is safe and harmonious, also helps encourage the development of tourism in Bali. The figures who provide color and influence on the direction of development in Bali are also revealed.

The participants also enthusiastically participated in the discussion session guided by Ni Wayan Radita Novi P., lecturer at the Political Science study program, FISIP, Udayana University. The activity ended with the signing of the minutes as proof of cooperation between the Political Science and Communication Science Study Programs, represented by Dr. Tedi Erviantono.
