The Political Science Study Program at Udayana University has a major contribution in growing superior human resources and has political scientific qualifications. Our postgraduate program has built partnerships with organizations and institutions at the local, national, and international levels, which are beneficial for enriching students' knowledge and experience in the form of internships and practicum visits. This is a reflection of our commitment to innovative and engaging teaching. We are located in Denpasar, which is the city of Bali Province and is also a strategic area where associations and seminars with scientific themes related to politics at regional, national and international levels often appear.

Excellent, means that the Political Science Study Program of FISIP UNUD is planned to carry out a quality learning process, supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure to produce competitive human resources in the political field, both in local and global contexts, which focuses on studies on strengthening democratic practices based on local wisdom. Through these advantages, the Political Science Study Program of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University is directed to become a leading undergraduate educational institution in the implementation of education, research, and community service.

Critical means that the human resources produced have sensitivity and analytical power to political phenomena in both local and global contexts with a focus on studies on strengthening democratic practices based on local wisdom.

Independent, meaning that all human resources produced have strong, confident, and highly competitive personalities so that they can develop themselves independently. For this reason, the Political Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, is an undergraduate educational institution that has autonomy in various aspects, especially in the development of political science.

MISSION OF THE STUDY PROGRAM OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

1. Organizing education, research, and community service in politics in both local and global contexts that focus on studies of strengthening democracy based on local wisdom.
2. Educate students of the Political Science Study Program who are independent, critical, and cultured, and sensitive to the dynamics of political developments.

Encouraging improvements in the quality of learning and studies of Political Science, including increasing the capacity of professional academic teaching staff, especially those that lead to expertise competence in institutional and political behaviour related to democratic practices based on local wisdom.

The vision and mission of the Political Science Undergraduate Study Program at Udayana University is a derivative of the vision and mission of the University and the Faculty. The vision and mission of the Political Science Bachelor of Udayana University above were formulated and reaffirmed in a series of workshops involving lecturers, education staff, students, alumni, graduate users, and partners. Both are the basis for determining the profile and competence of graduates, which are further elaborated in the curriculum.
