VOX Politics

About VOX Politics

VOX Politics is a collaborative platform established by lecturers and students of the Political Science Study Program as a space for synergy in supporting the creative, adaptive, and sustainable development of the study program. Carrying the spirit of Volunteer of eXcellence, VOX Politics serves as a driving medium that actively involves students in various academic and non-academic activities, including social media management, information publication, activity documentation, and the implementation of study program initiatives. The presence of VOX Politics is not only intended to support study program activities, but also to provide a space for students to develop their capacities within a collaborative and professional academic environment.

A Collaborative Space for Lecturers and Students

VOX Politics was established as part of the Political Science Study Program’s efforts to build a participatory and dynamic academic culture. Through this platform, students are given the opportunity to be directly involved in various processes of study program development alongside lecturers. This collaboration creates a synergistic relationship between academic staff and students in carrying out academic activities, media management, publication, and strengthening the public image of the Political Science Study Program. Through this active involvement, students not only gain practical experience but also develop communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and professional responsibility.

Divisions and Roles of VOX Politics

In carrying out its duties and programs, VOX Politics consists of several integrated divisions that work under the supervision of lecturers from the Political Science Study Program.

Event Division

The Event Division is responsible for designing, planning, and ensuring the smooth implementation of various activities organized by the Political Science Study Program. This division plays an important role in developing event concepts, managing technical arrangements, preparing rundowns, and coordinating the implementation of activities so that they run effectively and are well organized.

Media Division

The Media Division plays a key role in strengthening public communication and the digital identity of the Political Science Study Program. This division includes Public Relations and 3D — Documentation, Design, and Decoration — which are responsible for managing social media, creating creative content, documenting activities, designing publication materials, and supporting the dissemination of information in an attractive and informative manner. Through this division, VOX Politics contributes to building the image of the study program as active, innovative, and closely connected to the younger generation.

Logistics Division

The Logistics Division is responsible for supporting the technical and operational needs of all activities. This division ensures that all equipment, facilities, and event requirements are properly prepared, including venue arrangements, equipment inventory, facility borrowing coordination, as well as maintaining safety and order during activities. The role of the Logistics Division is essential in supporting the smooth, optimal, and well-structured implementation of every program.

Role in the Development of the Study Program

VOX Politics plays an important role in supporting the development and visibility of the Political Science Study Program through creative and collaborative approaches. By directly involving students in media management, publication, and academic activities, VOX Politics serves as a bridge between the academic community and the public. This platform also helps strengthen the branding of the Political Science Study Program as an active, progressive, and adaptive study program in responding to current developments and digital technology.

Spirit and Expectations

With the spirit of collaboration, creativity, and professionalism, VOX Politics is expected to become a shared space for lecturers and students to grow together in building an innovative and impactful academic culture. The presence of VOX Politics is not only part of the support system for study program activities, but also serves as a medium for learning and self-development for students in preparing themselves to face future challenges. Through the synergy that has been built, VOX Politics remains committed to supporting the creation of a more advanced, active, and relevant Political Science Study Program in the modern era.
