The momentum of the birth of a new management and vision, accompanied by the “Bandung APSIPOL 2025 Declaration”

Bandung, October 9–11, 2025 — The 2025 National Conference of the Indonesian Political Science Study Program Association (APSIPOL) was successfully held at three iconic locations: Padjadjaran University, Puri Khatulistiwa Hotel (Jatinangor), and Gedung Sate. This forum brought together academics and political science program administrators from various regions of Indonesia to formulate the direction of scientific development and strengthen program management in the future.

For three days, participants deliberated, shared good practices in program management, and built collaborative networks between campuses. Munas 2025 marked a new phase for APSIPOL with the formation of a new board and the formulation of a renewed organizational vision, supported by the APSIPOL 2025 Bandung Declaration—a shared commitment towards a more open, collaborative, and impactful political science ecosystem.

The delegation from the Political Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, was present and contributed to the commission discussions and networking forums. This involvement strengthens FISIP Unud's commitment to actively participate in the development of quality standards, learning innovation, and research-service collaboration at the national level. Following the National Congress, APSIPOL will prepare a detailed work agenda covering curriculum strengthening, inter-program research collaboration, and forums for sharing best practices in program management. Further information regarding the points of the Bandung APSIPOL 2025 Declaration and the work agenda of the executive board will be communicated at a later date through the association's official channels.
